Entertainment Work

Film Pre-visualization

During my time as a Motion Capture Artist at ProxiVR/Method Deluxe for The Suicide Squad in Atlanta, GA, from May to August 2019, I played a key role in bringing dynamic characters to life. I edited and cleaned up motion capture data using Autodesk MotionBuilder, ensuring smooth and realistic animations. Additionally, I recorded and edited facial mocap data using iClone, contributing to the characters’ expressive performances. My work extended to animating both bi-peds and vehicles in Autodesk Maya, and I prepared these assets and animations for seamless integration into Unreal Engine 4’s VR camera system. This experience honed my technical expertise and deepened my understanding of motion capture and animation workflows in high-stakes environments.

Television Animation

On BET’s The Encore, I was responsible for the intricate task of refining the motion capture data for the character Cita, utilizing the Xsens suit and Manus gloves. My focus was on meticulously cleaning up the raw data and enhancing the animations using specialized mocap editing software. This process allowed me to breathe life into Cita, ensuring her movements were not only fluid but also resonated with expressive detail. My contributions were crucial in preserving the character’s unique personality and consistency, ultimately elevating the visual impact of the show.
